Piedmont Community College offers HiSET as an alternative to GED® testing

Students at Piedmont Community College (PCC) now have the opportunity to choose their high school equivalency certificate exam. The traditional GED® exam and the new High School Equivalency Test HiSET are both available on the Person and Caswell County campuses.

Enrollment Opportunities Expand for PCC’s Basic Skills Classes

Enrollment continues to be open for Piedmont Community College’s Adult Basic Skills program for fall semester; enrollment into regular classes ends on Oct. 15 while enrollment for the hybrid (lab and online) instruction ends on October 30. The program offers instruction in the basic subject areas of Language Arts (reading and writing), mathematics, science, and social studies.
