Orientation to CPT Training begins Sept. 30

PCC will offer the final session of 2014 for Certified Production Technician (CPT) training with an orientation class, “Orientation to CPT Training.” The class will begin Tuesday, Sept. 30, and will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays through Oct. 23. Classes are held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at PCC’s Workforce Training Center.

Piedmont Community College will offer the Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) training course, which will be held Sept. 22-Oct. 15. The class will meet from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday with a lunch break from 12-12:30 p.m.

PCC to offer a new Food Service Program

The starting date has been changed for two new cooking classes to be offered by Piedmont Community College (PCC). “Baking and Pastries: Part 1,” will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 22-Oct. 22, from 1:30-5 p.m., and “The Art of Cooking: Part 1,” will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 23-Oct. 30, from 1:30-5 p.m.

PCC ‘s Nurse Aide I Training will begin Aug. 22

Piedmont Community College has changed the starting date for its Nurse Aide I training to be held on the Caswell County Campus. The course will begin on Friday, Aug. 22, and will meet through Dec. 5, on Fridays from 5 – 9 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
