Learn to deal with difficult employees, customers and coworkers
Piedmont Community College’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC) will offer a free seminar, “Dealing with Difficult People, Employees, Customers, and Coworkers,” presented by Emily Ballance on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 6-9 p.m. at the BDEC.
The seminar will help participants learn how to deal with people who ask for special treatment, take up time and test their patience. Participants will learn to communicate more effectively with customers, employees and others to decrease misunderstandings, de-escalate conflicts and reduce their own stress as well as how to identify different personality types and learn strategies to communicate most effectively each type.
