Piedmont Community College’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC) and NC REAL Enterprises will sponsor a week-long Youth Entrepreneurship Camp. The camp will be held Monday – Thursday, July 30-Aug. 2 on PCC’s Person County Campus in Roxboro in Room D120 from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

The camp is open to students who will enter grades 7-9 in August.  Students will learn the basics of starting their own business in a fun and interactive environment. They also will learn to look for business opportunities in the community, work as a team to develop business ideas, create a plan, meet entrepreneurs, compete for prizes and even film a commercial!

The camp will be offered at no charge to participants, and lunch will be provided each day. Registration is limited to 20 aspiring entrepreneurs. Register by calling the BDEC at (336) 599-0032.
