New class in beading, jewelry making

   Do you want to learn to design and make your own jewelry? Piedmont Community College will offer a Beading/Jewelry Making class beginning Thursday, July 12, from 7-9 p.m. and continue each Thursday night through Aug. 2. One class night will be held on Tuesday, July 31. The class will be held on the Person County Campus.  Juanita Smith from Yanceyville will be the instructor for this fun-filled class.   The registration fee is $69. The fee includes the cost of the supplies and materials needed for the class.   To register, call the Continuing Education Office at (336) 322-2156, or visit the Office located in Building E, Room E120 on the Person County Campus. The office is open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
