PURPOSE OF POSITION
Serve as receptionist, registrar, and administrative assistant for Adult Basic Skills Department providing excellent customer service; complete/ monitor contracts, payroll, brochures, audit packages, AHS transcripts; registering students; preparing training materials, HSE graduate lists, state reports, and assists with budget development/monitoring; secure confidential information; inventory and order office supplies; and assist with switchboard coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Knowledge
Requires Associate degree in business, accounting or related field. Notary Public preferred.

SALARY $32,400 - $36,396 for a 12-month position with benefits
