PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assist the department and Dean by performing administrative assistant duties including typing contracts and other correspondence, answering telephone and announcing visitors, managing travel requests and reimbursements, monitoring payroll, purchasing and budget requests, maintaining departmental files and records and semester scheduling.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Knowledge

Requires Associate degree in Office Systems Technology or related field; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; minimum two years’ experience as administrative assistant/clerical preferred.

 

SALARY           $30,000-$34,008 for a 12-month full-time position with benefits

 

 

THE COLLEGE
