Phi Beta Lambda (PBL)
Phi Beta Lambda is a national organization for all students enrolled
in business or office programs in post-secondary schools and colleges.
The major purposes of the organization are to develop competent,
aggressive business leadership, to strengthen the confidence of
students in themselves and their work and to create more interest in
and understanding of American business enterprise. The Theta Alpha
Gamma chapter of Phi Beta Lambda at Piedmont Community College was
organized in the fall of 1977 and is open to all business students.
Members participate in a variety of activities on the local level as
well as attend conferences and meetings on the state, regional and
national levels.
