This organization's purpose is to promote the field of human services and to practice the principles acquired through course work. Students participate in on and off campus activities to assist others in improving their quality of life. Members also enjoy fellowship and networking opportunities in their monthly meetings. Students may participate in an annual conference during which they present a workshop. A few other activities in which students have participated include assisting flood victims, adopting families for the holidays, starting a recycling program on campus and educating people about child abuse prevention. Membership is open to all who are interested in the human service profession.
