PCC offers over 30 programs of study, several of which will have demonstrations during the Open House event. In addition, current students will be on campus to share their personal experiences. These students can tell you about the small class sizes offered at PCC and the hands-on experience you will receive in various programs of study. The current students can also share their reasons for attending PCC, whether it be the cost savings, convenient locations, or the easy transfer options.

Counselors and advisors will also be on hand to help you develop a class schedule and register for PCC’s spring semester.

Registration is currently ongoing and will continue through December and early January with classes starting on Monday, January 11. Not sure what to sign up for yet? No problem! Take notes at the Open House and register anytime between now and January 7. The College will also offer extended registration hours on December 1-3 or January 5-7.

PCC’s Spring brochure, which include dates, times, and instructor listings of some classes being offered at PCC, is now available online at www.piedmontcc.edu. The schedule will also be mailed to households in Person County and Caswell County in mid-November. This publication provides important information on PCC’s programs of study and resources for students, as well as a schedule of Continuing Education classes. Brochures will also available at PCC and at the public library in each county.

Class schedules also may be accessed using the WebAdvisor option on PCC’s website. WebAdvisor offers the most up-to-date class listing and is open to both prospective and current students. Returning students may use WebAdvisor to register for classes online.

Prospective students who have not applied for admission should visit the Student Development Office on either campus. These offices are located in Building E on the Person County Campus and Building K on the Caswell County Campus. Students will need to choose a program of study, submit a completed PCC Application for Admission online at www.piedmontcc.edu, and submit the required official transcripts

Some students also will need to complete placement tests prior to registering. A few PCC programs, such as Associate Degree Nursing, have additional admissions requirements. For more information, contact PCC’s Office of Admissions. Once the admissions process has been completed, students will be assigned an academic advisor to advise them during the registration process.
