Dr. Pamela Gibson Senegal

Dr. SenegalDear PCC Friends,

It is my honor to serve as the fifth president of Piedmont -Community College (PCC), serving Caswell and Person counties for 47 years!

PCC has unique programs, and partnerships not found anywhere else in our region of the state.

Since joining the college in July of 2017, it has been amazing to hear from such a wide swath of the public about just how important PCC is for the economic, cultural and sense of place that makes the region unique.

Here are a few examples of what makes us special:

We are excited about all that is in store for the region we serve!

Beginning this fall, we will begin an Agricultural-Business program anchored in Caswell county, and will serve one of the entire region’s most important audiences – farmers.

Only through partnerships with local farmers, non-profits, state agencies, entrepreneurs, and local organizations will we be able to collectively create an Ag program that will help transform and grow this critical industry.

Not only do we offer amazing, relevant programs, but we also have an alumni program and Foundation that builds community amongst our graduates and creates new opportunities to give.

I could not be more proud to be the president of this fine institution!

For those of you who we’ve taught – thank you for your trust.

For those of you who have not taken advantage of all that we offer – let me know what it will take to get you here presidentpcc@piedmontcc.edu!

We want to be YOUR community college of choice.

In service,
Dr. Pamela Gibson Senegal
