Make College Easier to Pay for with a Tuition Payment Plan

Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and fees over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There's no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it's easy to enroll!

To Apply For and Access PCC's Payment Plan Information:

  1. Click the Box and Log-in to WebAdvisor
  2. Access the Student Menu by clicking "Students"
  3. After logging in, click "Payment Plan" under Financial Information
  4. Create a Payment Plan account and follow the on-screen instruction



  • Automatic bank payment (ACH);
  • Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)


  • There is a $25, non-refundable application fee;
  • Payments are processed on the 5th of each month;
  • See the chart below for payment dates/# of payments (if you sign up after 8/5, your first payment will be 9/5 and you'll have 3 payments, etc.)

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through Web Advisor or call the Piedmont Community College Cashier's Office at (336) 322-2125 to confirm the change.
