PCC Students and employees assist with NC MedAssist event in Caswell County

The main mission of NC MedAssist is to have people not have to choose between putting food on their table or providing medicine and on Jan. 10, the group, along with several PCC community agencies and volunteers, hosted a free over-the-counter medicine give-away at Caswell County Parks and Recreation in Yanceyville. The event served a projected 750 individuals.

Notary Public class offered in February at PCC

PCC's next Notary Public class will be held on Monday and Wednesday, February 11 and 13, 6–9 p.m., PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located at 105 North Main Street in Roxboro. The cost is only $70 plus the book. To register, call (336) 599-0032.

Evening Nurse Aide I training available at PCC

Are you interested in an exciting career as a Certified Nurse Aide? Piedmont Community College (PCC) is offering Nurse Aide I training on Monday-Thursday evenings from January 28 – May 2. PCC offers variety of 13-week and 8-week classes beginning in late January

Although the Spring semester is underway at Piedmont Community College, those interested can still register for classes that are condensed into 13 and 8-weeks. The next start date is January 29 and includes several transferable courses!
