Judy Newcomb will instruct the six-hour class. This course will prepare the learner for appointment to the position of Notary Public in North Carolina. Instruction will include a study of the fees, general powers and limitations, and the requirements for attestation. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and speak and write English.

Cost for the class is $65 plus the cost of the textbook. Payment of the fee is required to reserve space in the class. To register, call the BDEC at (336) 599-0032.
