Nancy Lowery Harris Memorial Scholarship to support Cosmetology students at PCC

Dedicated to the art of hair styling, Nancy Lowery Harris earned her cosmetology license in 1968 and worked in the field for several years throughout her lifetime. In honor of her true passion, family members have created a scholarship to assist students following Nancy’s path.
