Piedmont Community College will offer a course, The Basics of Jewelry Making, on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 6-p.m. on the Person County Campus in Room C113. Participants will learn the basics of wire wrapped jewelry making in the medium of sterling silver. By the end of the class, participants will have created a wire-wrapped pendant and a collar to wear it on. Other jewelry may be produced, time permitting. Additional wrapped pieces will be on displayed to show participants other possible jewelry designs.

Cost for the class is $49. Supplies will be provided. Participants must register by Nov. 12. This is an introductory price. Class is limited to 10 participants. To register, contact Lisa Ashley at (336) 322-2113 or Alicia.ashley@piedmontcc.edu.
