If you are classified as an out-of-state student and wish to apply for in-state status for tuition purposes, you may complete the residency application and submit to the community college where you intend to enroll (or may already be enrolled).

If you are applying to a program that requires health information, you may also download, print, complete and submit the North Carolina Community Colleges Student Medical Form for your selected program.  The admissions or program advisor at your college will give you further instructions about this medical form.
